This option is a comprehensive package for the newer speaker who wants in depth, ongoing input and guidance over a three-to-six-month period to craft a new presentation. As a result of this work, you will have a clear understanding of the necessary tools to be successful in this industry.
Coaching Questions – Pre-work to get to know YOU, your expertise and your needs.
What you will receive:
- Full day strategy and working session at my home on the beach in Florida to get to know you and determine the initial needs to formulate your keynote.
- Ten (10) one-hour follow up calls with homework provided for you to work on after the calls. These calls will be weekly for the first four weeks and every other week after, with flexibility depending on both our schedules. This will include e-mail and fifteen minute telephone access to Barbara as needed.
- Assistance in crafting the keynote including discussion of the following elements:

- Adult Learning Principles
- Design formula
- Openings and Closings
- Content Points
- Stories / Signature Story
- Humor
- Action Ideas
- Evaluation of your final presentation with written/verbal feedback provided. The evaluation can be done via Zoom or pre-recorded video.
If you find you need additional support and feedback, I am available on an hourly basis for $300.

These questions are designed to get to know YOU and determine what expertise you may need.
Please do not be concerned if you have trouble answering any of these questions. No answers are ever in concrete! In our time together we will probably revise, refocus and re-clarify these answers as we discover more about your skills, passion, and expertise. These questions are a starting point. You may not even have answers to these questions right now, so we can explore them together if not.
