A couple months ago we conducted training on our Mission, Vision, and Values at Jostens, and the “Johnny the Bagger” story was part of that training!  We received feedback from our employees saying that they felt that was the most touching and personal part of the training that they could relate to in how they can ‘make a difference’!  It was wonderful, and even though I saw that video clip during 21 training sessions, I was touched by it every time!
