The Environmental Programs Group wishes to thank you for the Communication Workshop you facilitated for us. It truly did spread contagious good spirits and motivation. We want to let you know how much we appreciate the very professional job you did in working with our issues. The workshop was extremely beneficial to us and very much 'on target' for our communication problems. One of the recipients of the workshop expressed the following opinion, which I want to share with you. He said, "She restored my spirit and enthusiasm." You truly did that for many of us!
Thank you so much for the uplifting and insightful day you provided the staff of the Council last Friday. The office this week is a different place than it was before the staff met Barbara Glanz. I don't know what it was, but you made them feel they could make a difference and they were in control of their own destiny.
I see smiles, hugs, hotes, kindness and an atmosphere that has been missing here for a long time. That old song "What a Difference a Day Makes" is certainly true. Friday was the day, the difference is a whole new attitude toward one another. Thanks for the day, the attitude adjustment, and a bright future.
Thanks so much for participating in our three day leadership development workshop in Houston. I believe the program was an unqualified success. The feedback from the managers that participated has been very positive. I believe we were able to achieve our goals of improving the spirit of our managers and giving them tools to take the message back to their employees and customers.
The sincerity and passion you bring to the topic of recultivating the human elements of our business helped win over a tough audience. We have a lot of technically oriented managers who approached these sessions with quite a bit of skepticism. But they are also probably the ones most in need of your messgae. I had several participants approach me afterwards and tell me how much we need these kinds of workshops.
I'd also like to thank you personally for the responsiveness and flexibility you demonstrated as we established the agenda for the meeting. the planning and delivery of these meetings tends to ebb and flow and you were always willing and able to adjust. I'm also glad to have had an opportunity to get to know you as a person. You're a breath of fresh air in a business that can take itself a little too seriously sometimes.
