I have been wanting to write ever since I met you at our Managers Meeting
in
Chicago and thank you for giving me so much encouragement and support!
I
feel so blessed to have met you! Since I have been back from our meeting,
I
have worked very hard with my associates to increase our service (we already
had done well in the past, but recently had experienced a slump). Our
customer satisfaction score went up THREE points in November, and I
attribute it to you and your message! I am planning to order several of
your
books for reading over my vacation after Christmas and I LOVED your website.

This
company needs this on every level.
This was the best class I've ever
taken.
First time I've every shed tears in this organization that were
not tears of absolute frustration.
It was really nice to be in a seminar that
was placing emphasis on positivity and creativity.
I think this program,
out of the many I've participated in, actually gave concrete ideas to
take back and apply. One of my supervisors came
to the
morning session. I can't wait to brainstorm with him. So many of
our seminars are not realistic to the job. This one was GREAT!
