all her presentations are $1.00 each and are a wonderful tool
to take away as a reinforcement of the choice each of us has in every
interaction. We can choose to leave that other person with a minus,
a zero, or a plus. On the back side the card contains one of Barbara's
signature quotations from Lou Holtz: "Why is it that the people
who need love and understanding the most usually deserve it the least." The
cards become an anchor for Barbara's message, and participants can
reuse the charts again and again to check off how they are doing
in all their interactions.
