Ordering eBooks By Barbara Glanz

Barbara's eBooks are available in PDF format. You will need Acrobat Reader version 5 or later, which is a free download. You don't need a special device to read these, they can be viewed from any computer that can read PFD files. Barbara's eBooks can be printed, but you can not copy and paste the text into another document.

After you purchase an eBook and your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can download the eBook. The download will be available for 24 hours once activated. Usually the email will arrive within minutes, but occasionally it can take an hour or so if there is a heavy load on the servers. If you have problems accessing the file, or you think you didn't receive the email, first try looking in your junk mail folder for the email. If you still can't find it, please contact us.

MP3 files are playable on a variety of free software that probably came with your computer. If you don't have any, we suggest using iTunes from Apple Computer. It works on Windows and Macintosh computers, and is a free download. Many CD and DVD players for home and autombile use will also play MP3 files if burned onto a blank CD from your home computer. Check your player's instructions for more information.
