"Johnny the Bagger" movie will be released February 1, 2007!

All of you who have heard me speak or have purchased any of my books, especially "The Simple Truths of Service," have been inspired by the story of Johnny, the grocery bagger with Down Syndrome, who heard me speak a number of years ago and as a result, puts a "thought for the day" in everyone's groceries he bags. Vision Point, a wonderful company in Des Moines, Iowa, read the story and immediately called me and asked if they could create a video training program around my story because they were looking for something "with heart."
This 17 minute movie can be used as a powerful follow-up to any of my speaking or training presentations or as a one to three hour discussion session to reinforce the idea of serving customers from the heart and adding your own personal signature to your work. The video preview will be up on my website by January 11, and there is a $100 savings if you order before February1.
