If your word processor cannot recognize the Microsoft word files, try the text only versions. The formatting may not transfer perfectly but you'll still be able to read them. If you experience any difficulties downloading these files, click on the link and hold your mouse button down. If you are using Netscape, you should get a pop up menu with several options. Choose "Save this link as..." and then select "source" instead of "text". Once you have finished downloading, you should be able to open the file in any word processor. Many companies offer simple tranlation filters on their own web sites. For example, Corel offers one for WordPerfect™.
