BARBARA APPOINTED TO ADVISORY TEAM
Barbara was invited to be a member of the Kansas University Alumni Marketing
Advisory team. She will be traveling to Lawrence, Kansas, for their quarterly
meetings.

featured an interview with Barbara as an expert on employee motivation

Barbara’s article “Open Company Meetings with Good News to
Boost Employee Morale” was featured in the July 2001 edition of
the Shopping Center Management Insider newsletter.
“Open Company Meeting with Good News” was also featured in
the August 2001 newsletter for Professional Office Building Management.
Barbara was recognized in the Sarasota Herald Tribune’s September
18, 2004 issue for her recent Lifetime Achievement Award from the National
Speakers Association Central Florida Chapter.
An article on “Send a CARE Package – How to Regenerate the
Spirit in your Organization” appeared in the October 2004 newsletter
The Lonestar Administrator.
The December 2004 International PEG Newsletter featured an article by
Barbara titled “An International Community.” The article describes
the emergence of an international speakers community.
Barbara’s picture appeared in the October 23, 2004 edition of The
Herald-Argus published in LaPorte, IN. Barbara was the featured keynote
speaker at the Women’s Health Fair sponsored by LaPorte Regional
Health System for over 1,000 women.

On October 19, 2004, Barbara was interviewed by Ken Cole for the WLOI
1540 radio show “Breakfast Showcase” in Michigan City, MI.

The Resource Center for Workforce Solutions in alliance with the National
Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, a not-for-profit organization,
and the Coca-Cola Company recently posted a book summary of Handle
with CARE: Motivating and Retaining Employees on their website. The
