How to Sign Up for the GEM Survey

Contact by email (GEMadmin@houston.rr.com) or telephone (281-374-6770) to order the GEM Survey.

During the ordering process, you will specify:

  • The number of surveys needed.
    (1 per employee including the manager/supervisor)
  • The account to be billed

Each employee will then be assigned an access code which will be emailed directly to them.

Employees will access www.barbaraglanz.com/gem , click "Take Survey" , enter the access code, and complete the survey. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the test.

You will receive the results once all surveys are completed.

The results can have an immediate impact the very next day!
