Barbara has become an integrated and important member of APAC's internal communications team. Services that she has provided include training, facilitating, counseling, and spirit building. Barbara has assisted our company by showing us how to improve our communications and customer relations skills. As an Iowa State Senator and the Education Director at Myrtue Memorial Hospital, I have seen many presenters in action. By far, Barbara is at the very top of the list for quality. The formal evaluations as well as the informal comments have proven this to be the most practical and effective seminar presented here in ten years.
