You have a wonderful gift for creating impact on your audience with your stories, examples and suggestions.
Conference participants were enthralled with your presentation. Evaluations included comments such as, "This speaker woke me up and started me to think about how I can make a difference," and "SSA always makes a difference for the public - now we have ideas for making a difference with employees too!" and finally: "Barbara Glanz should be considered a national treasure!" These comments, you understand, come from a fairly jaded community of managers who are rarely moved to such comments!
Barbara, over the years, we have always tried to remain loyal to a simple philosophy and approach when we select speakers: " Feature the best, and the best will deliver." Thank you for allowing us to maintain that philosophy. An event like this would not be possible without the dedication and commitment to quality which you demonstrated.

Thanks for doing such a great job at our Annual Meeting. We really appreciated your willingness to repeat your workshop when our other workshop leader became ill and unable to present. I don't know how I can thank you enough for the wonderful "boost" you gave us all at Nursing Spectrum this past weekend. Ours is a lively, upbeat group as a whole, but I can already see some changes - a more inclusive, "reaching out" attitude. And I want to hold on to that feeling and nurture it! I appreciate your kindness in autographing the bookplates for the "Home" gifts. The books will be cherished reminders of an entertaining, heart-warming interaction with you at our Tenth Anniversary celebration. I hope we will have many more occasions to see you.

Thanks so much for providing the training December 3rd on "Re-Generating the Spirit in the Workplace." The enclosed evaluation summary clearly indicates the staff enjoyed the day and felt they benefited from the session. We've already heard a number of ideas expressed which would make this office more responsive to our public. Staff also seem to be more mindful of interpersonal relationships as they work with one another. We are very much looking to build on these positive moments. Again, thanks for your expertise and, in particular, your enthusiasm. It is contagious!
Gamma Phi Beta is extremely pleased Barbara Glanz has agreed to present at our Convention in June 1998. Her program "Spreading Contagious Enthusiasm" was a hit at our International Convention in 1996. Her sessions were standing room only and the participants left feeling rejuvenated and empowered. I recommend Barbara for any organization seeking dynamic programming that can actually be used by participants.
All I can say is WOW! When the STOP Violence Coalition and the Corporate Volunteer Council of Greater Kansas City decided to declare the first annual "Corporate Kindness Day," I knew that you would be the perfect speaker to bring an inspiring, yet very practical message to the corporate community. Thank you so much for sharing your story and yourself with all of us at the spring meeting for the Various Chemical Companies of Texas and Louisiana (VCC). As the final speaker for our meeting, you left us feeling motivated and regenerated as we headed home to our offices. Many of the companies that belong to our organization have experienced significant changes in recent years which often leave employees feeling less than excited about their "new organization." Your message reminds us all how important the spirit of our employees is. There are some very simple things we can al do to take care of that spirit as we make our way through the many changes that we all face daily.
Thank you for your presentation at the New Horizons Lecture Series for Public Managers. The message you delivered still resonates through the halls of our office buildings. People can't stop talking about you! Your work is truly inspirational and I know you touched the souls of many who attended our lecture. I only wish there had been more time for you to share more of your thoughts.
