Personally I found your session to be one of the best presentations I've experienced in my many years as a faculty member and program director at the University of Wisconsin's Management Institute.
The day after your presentation I was out in the Detroit metropolitan area running errands and doing some last minute holiday shopping. As a result of the contagious enthusiasm that you spread the prior day, I made it a point to go out of my way to make conversation with others in the attempt to have each of us go our separate ways having been made a better person because of our encounter! I ended up having the most delightful day and met a lot of interesting people. Most conversations lasted only a few seconds as we passed in the grocery aisle. One lively conversation lasted over ten minutes as we waited in line at a crowded department store. Each and every contact I had was happy and upbeat as we "shared good news!" We brought Barbara is to give three full-day sessions to allow all of our staff
to participate. Response of staff was very favorable. As part of her program,
Barbara had staff identify barriers to providing good customer service and
also things we could do to enhance customer service. These lists were provided

that some began implementing the ideas even before we got all the lists compiled

You also do a great job of engaging participants in their own learning. The interactive elements you weave into a session give people a chance to share their own insights and dilemmas in ways that build on the context you've created.
